Welcome to Meadowood, a proud, member-owned semi-private club in Fort Pierce, Florida. Just minutes from I-95, the Turnpike, Vero Beach, and historic Downtown Fort Pierce, Meadowood offers an 18-hole, 7,000-yard championship course designed by Chuck Ankrom, a newly renovated pool & spa, a modern Fitness Center, and a vibrant Tennis & Pickleball complex.

What’s New at Meadowood

Our 2024/25 improvements:

• New TifEagle greens and surrounds

• 20,000 sq. ft. practice facility with a dedicated pro teaching tee and upgraded range surface

• Rain Bird cloud-based irrigation system or consistent playing conditions

• Targeted tee, drainage, and bunker upgrades

• New GPS-equipped golf cart fleet

Equity Memberships — Golf & Sports

Unlimited Golf (Equity Required)

For players who want Meadowood to be their home course.

• Unrestricted access to the championship course and practice facilities

• Use of a personal or fleet cart

• Priority tee-time windows and access to member events & tournaments

• Full clubhouse, pool, fitness, tennis & pickleball privileges
  Special categories: Super-Senior recognition (based on age + years of equity membership) and Executive tiers for younger members. Ask our team about current eligibility details.

Limited (Sports) Golf (Equity Required)

Perfect for active golfers who prefer a defined number of rounds.

• Annual round allotments sized for flexible play

• Cart access with each round

• Participation in member events, leagues, and select tournaments

• Full clubhouse, pool, fitness, tennis & pickleball privileges,

Seasonal Golf (Max 4 Months)

Designed for snowbirds and seasonal guests.

• Choose a 1-4 month window between November and April

• Course and practice facility access, with per-round cart availability

• Must not own property within the Meadowood community or be a permanent Florida resident

Tennis & Social Memberships

For those who love racquet sports, wellness, and community life.

• Access to Har-Tru courts,  Pickleball, clinics, and league play

• Fitness Center, pool & spa, and clubhouse dining

• A full calendar of member events and social gatherings

• Guest play options available (in accordance with club policies)

Loyalty Card (2025-2026)

• 10% discount on all published green fees

How It Works

1. Enroll and receive your Loyalty Card
2. Present your card at check-in for tee times or range use
3. Discounts apply immediately at purchase

Terms & Conditions: Loyalty Card valid November 1, 2025–April 30, 2026. Discount applies to published rates only and may not be combined with other offers. Loyalty Card holders are not eligible to play in Member tournaments. Benefits are for individual use only and cannot be shared with other golfers. Card is non-transferable and nonrefundable.

Range Membership

Level up your practice with year-round access.
Benefits include:

• Unlimited use of the driving range and practice facilities year-round (no ball charges)
• Discount on private lessons from PGA professionals
• Additional 10% discount for current Tennis/Racquet and Social Members

New Member Incentives
